Watch our video guide to Week 25 of your pregnancy journey:
What's Happening in Week 25?
Your baby is now about the size of a rutabaga! Baby fat is starting to fill out the skin, making your baby look less wrinkled. The nostrils are beginning to open, and the lungs are continuing to develop.
Your baby responds to touch and can grasp the umbilical cord. They're also developing their own unique fingerprints and footprints. Hair is growing and may already have color.
Tips for Week 25
- You may experience heartburn as your uterus grows
- Keep up with gentle exercise like walking or swimming
- Start thinking about your birth plan
- Consider baby-proofing your home soon
