What's Happening in Week 13?
Welcome to the second trimester - often called the "honeymoon phase" of pregnancy! Your baby is now about the size of a peach. Unique fingerprints are forming on those tiny fingertips.
The baby's intestines, which were developing in the umbilical cord, have moved into the abdomen. Vocal cords are developing, preparing for that first cry.
Tips for Week 13
- Many women feel increased energy in the second trimester
- Your bump may start becoming more visible
